  am delivery driver and regularly experience long delays collecting orders from your Manchester Piccadilly Station branch. Orders are often late, the branch appears understaffed, and there is no parking for drivers. If you cannot manage delivery orders during busy periods, please switch off the Deliveroo tablet rather than making drivers wait. I have already reported this issue to Deliveroo and hope you will take action to improve the situation.

  Around 13.45 on 17/09/26 I went to the counter to ask for a tap water refill of my water bottle (I didn’t actually order food) but the man behind the counter was so kind. He asked me if wanted ice and filled it up for me with no stress/sulky attitude. It’s pretty rare in customer service these days. Top guy!
