And not a good one, mind you! Receipts on the floor surrounding the kiosks, bits of food scattered across the tables and the bins, half eaten burgers under the tables, you name it! I ordered a Classic Cheese Melt for myself and a Double Texan BBQ Royale for the missus and mine came with no bloomin cheese on the thing! What a state. Long wait times seem to be Burger King's specialty rather than the subpar "burger" I eaten. I had myself a bite of the Double Texan BBQ Royale and it's safe to say I can't knock it, yet it felt lacking in the lettuce department. Now, I understand salting the fries, but dear God. They had me feeling like SpongeBob out of water. As soon as the potato fry entered my mouth, I could feel all the moisture on my tongue disintegrate. I also ordered a tea, and if you know me I like a good cuppa tea, and was shocked to find there was no milk provided! The state of it! On the contrary, I must applaud this Burger King and this Imran fella (who I assume from the other reviews is the manager) as I have been to both the Piccadilly and Ashton stores and will not be returning. This BK seems to be the best of a bad bunch near me, I'm afraid.

Staff member Immy was really kind and gave our daughter a Burger King crown and some treats. Really made that Burger King memory that we all had as kids; it’s exactly the service and atmosphere you appreciate. Food, service and the place itself (including toilets) was very clean. We will come again.

Staff member Immy was immediately over to us with a Crown and activity pack for the little one & food was delivered quickly and efficiently. The only star dropped was for the nuggets which were overdone but everything else was top notch. At the end of the meal, Immy brought the baby an ice cream which was much appreciated and was just generally lovely. Not known a staff member like that in a long time …. Enough to make me want to leave a review which I very rarely do. Thank you.

The order machine doesn't say drinks are unlimited so I got a water then saw I could have got unlimited fizzys. Not impressed 👎 😡
