had a really enjoyable experience at Burger King. The food was fresh, hot, and prepared quickly. The burger was delicious, the fries were crispy, and everything was served exactly as ordered. The staff were friendly, polite, and provided excellent customer service. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy the meal. Overall, great value for money and I would definitely recommend Burger King to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal. I’ll be coming back again!

went here the other during my free. honestly the service was brilliant, the food was excellent. all the staff was nice and welcoming and very friendly. a staff called immy was truly nice he brought our food other to the table and asked us whether we needed more. but honestly the staff was just top.
To be fair the food was good but I ordered the vegetarian whopper meal with chilli cheese bites as a side. I, a vegetarian, picked up what i thought was a chilli cheese bite and was about to eat it until i noticed it was not a chilli cheese bite but in fact a chicken nugget i was not happy at all

I recently visited the new Burger King location and I’m seriously impressed! The food was absolutely amazing — exactly what you’d hope for and then some.
What really set this visit apart, though, was the staff. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel genuinely welcome. It wasn’t the usual fast-food experience — it felt warm, inviting, and unhurried. They even took the time to engage with my toddler, which made the whole outing so much more enjoyable for our family. A special shoutout to the whole crew for going above and beyond!
This place is more than just a quick pit stop — it’s a great spot for families too. I’ll definitely be back!
Poor Refund Experience with Burger King App – Avoid Using the App Until Fixed
Everything is great, but online refund is not.
I placed an order using the Burger King mobile app. Shortly afterward, I needed to cancel the order and request a refund. However, the app clearly stated that refunds cannot be processed online.
I then visited the local Burger King restaurant to resolve the issue in person. The staff informed me that they could not process the refund either and advised me to contact my bank directly to dispute the charge. They mentioned that Burger King would then need to approve the refund on their end.
This process is extremely inconvenient and customer-unfriendly. Customers should not have to go through their bank to get a refund for a simple order cancellation, especially when the order was placed directly through Burger King’s own platform. It creates unnecessary friction, wastes time, and leaves customers feeling powerless.
Recommendation to other customers:
I highly suggest avoiding the Burger King app for orders until the company fixes its online payment and refund system. The lack of a straightforward cancellation/refund option makes the app unreliable and risky for everyday use.
