    Went in today to collect parcels as I thought they was pick up in shop an the Asian guy with the tash was very rude and I told him he was very rude aswel and he said who me an I said yes you.This isn’t the first time he’s been rude to me ,he took a parcel off me a bit ago an he stuck the label on an threw it an i said excuse me why have you thrown my parcel an he just said oh sorry won’t do it again but he really is one rude man ,I needed vapes but I went elsewhere for them an I won’t be going into that store again he is so unprofessional

    Would not normally post complaints online at all but the service I received today (Asian man) was extremely rude. I asked if he takes Relay parcels to which I received a sigh and eye roll before he said 'yes how many do you have' when I replied 7 he tutted and again sighed 'loudly'! I asked him if this was a problem and he just said give me the scans....I was going to just leave but I had to send them today. He continued to scan my boxes then walked over to my side of the counter and just started to bundle them up (without care). When I asked for a receipt, as I've never sent these before, he just replied 'no, email'. I (reluctantly) thanked him and as I was walking out of the shop he was shouting something to an Asisn woman who appeared about me bringing too many parcels....I was tempted to walk back into the shop and ask him what his problem was but did not want to make a scene in front of other customers that had entered the shop. To this shop assistant - if you manage this shop you should be ashamed of yourself for treating customers in this way, you get paid for taking in these parcels and learn to have some respect for people who choose to keep local shops going in this economy. If you are not the owner and this complaint does get seen by the same, you need to seriously speak to this person, teach him some respect and manners and customer service training! You also lost a sale as I also came to pick up some groceries but took my money elsewhere and will not be returning anytime in the future.

    terrible customer service never been treated like anywhere in my life. The shop keeper dropped a bottle of beer out of a ripped box then blamed me for putting parcels on the counter. Then when I calmly objected and said it wasn’t my fault accused me of shouting at him. Will never return here. Shocking

    Do not post your parcels from this shop!!! Shop keeper scanned my relay label, told me everything was done and now I have found out they have sent my parcel to someone else by putting my label on someone else’s parcel! I am now less with a mess to clean up with Vinted. Two members of staff agreed it was their fault and proceeded to say “should we report it to relay because then we will be liable”. They advised me they would speak to their manager. After ringing up twice I managed to speak to the manager who is now denying it is their fault and blaming the delivery company. He was extremely rude on the phone line and contradicted everything his colleagues told me. It is a good job this is a low value item because now I am most likely going to lose out on money as a result of their incompetence. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
