Decided to come here for drinks and food, it was lovely the service was amazing once again! I have come here a couple times now and every time all the staff members have been so kind and friendly. Especially Ellie who served me, couldn’t ask for a better experience.

As a restaurant owner with six restaurants and more than 60 staff members from diverse cultural backgrounds, I understand the importance of customer service and hospitality.
I recently visited your restaurant at Terminal 2. I have nothing against any individual staff member, but I feel some of the team would benefit from additional training on customer service, particularly in welcoming guests, making them feel comfortable, and providing attentive service.
The table I was seated at was dirty, and when I asked for it to be cleaned, the staff member appeared unhappy about the request. In the hospitality industry, a positive attitude and a friendly smile can make a significant difference to the customer experience.
Happy faces create happy customers. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe there is an opportunity to improve the overall guest experience.
