  I ordered a cheeseburger and it came without cheese. I showed them and they thought I was lying, they took it and put a cold piece of cheese on top leaving it rubbery and lukewarm. The taste was fine and everything else was okay. The music is also really loud it sounds like a Roblox obby.

  Very bad service. We have bought takeaway meals here a number of times but soft drinks later tasted like bath water! We basically didn't get the drinks we were charged for as part of our meals. This happened more than once. I do not think there is a manager or anyone at this place to check for quality or that they care! I think 1 start is still too high.

  Wow what can i say the customer service is shocking 😲 young girl blonde braids in they forgot to put my sauce on the tray so I went up and tried to ask as she was to busy talking , so I said they forgot to put my sauce on the tray didn't even say anything and just thu the sance at me , if u dont like ur job then find another one as ur clearly in the wrong job .and the management shocking 😲 both need written warnings

  No window on the upper floor; looks unpleasant. Table service feature broken/not working. Not suitable for parking bicycle

  I came here earlier this week and ordered the vegan burger service as amazing and quick but although the burger tasted ok it had the smell of beef burger fat lingering to my fingers for the rest of the day. I am very disappointed in in it and if you are vegan/vegetarian I would not reccomend.
