  Just before going shopping this morning we decided to call in for breakfast, we got served very quick and got our drinks straight away, however the sausage sandwiches turned up almost as quick, when we opened them up they looked raw, absolutely disgusting, we just got up to leave and the miserable lady actually pulled her face to other customers when she came to collect the plates (still untouched), there was a dog sat near us with a couple and I wouldn't even give the dog the food.i would say to that employee try learn some customer service and if you ever order food from anywhere I'm guessing if it comes out part cooked you will be more than happy would you? Will never even consider going back in. I took photos and I will be sharing them with a lot of people...reluctantly gave 1 star as that's the lowest.

  On Saturday 10th January I suggested to my friend we get some lunch at Tesco café. I ordered our meals and two coffees at 2 pm. We were still sat waiting 45 minutes later and noticed people were being served who came in after us. I went to the counter and asked have we been overlooked and was told our order had been screwed up and put with the completed orders. No apology offered. I went back to our table and waited another 15 minutes still no food, I went to the counter again and said forget it but was told it was almost ready, so we decided we would have the meals. 5 minutes later the meals were brought to our table and just plonked in front of us without an apology or comment. My friend was quite livid and said she would not come again and wouldn’t shop there as well. I was completely embarrassed by the whole thing and felt I needed to apologise to my friend for suggesting lunch at Tesco's cafe. What was disappointing was the attitude of the staff who were totally unapologetic and didn’t seem to care.

  Food cold and awful I have also been to Horwich I found it to be the same.
