plate was hot yet food was cold and not cooked properly?! not only that but staff were more interested in eachother than serving. wouldn't recommend and won't be coming again.

Awful service. Staff hide in the kitchen to avoid serving people and food is either cold or burnt. Used to be really good a few years back.

Looking at all the reviews it seem the same complaint cold food should either change the working of it or just close the cafe down . We went in last wk order sausage toastie was told told no cheers to go on top and when they did arrive cold I went back and told them they half my money back I was totally discussed with them I went up to customer service told them I was not happy with the way I wad treated and the gave £5 back on a card so now I have to go into Tesco to spend it . And the one star isn't really worth that .
