We blend hot Sri Lankan spices with cloves, cardamoms, nutmegs and peppers which are found in abundance throughout Kandy and Matale Districts of the central region of Sri Lanka.
The basis for some of our delicious desserts include Curd, treacle, sweet meats, rice flour, palm treacle and jaggery accompanied by a variety of fruits.
