All hyped up frozen chicken - service was ok, polite friendly. Food was expensive and not worth it, tasteless and small bits of chicken. Only went as my son kept on about it. Atmosphere was non eventful with stools rather than comfortable seating in the middle, seemed very disorganised. Get it why it was put in Gypsy lane as you have a captive audience but trying to get out of the carpark was horrendous with it snaking all the way around the back of the carpark. Knew well enough to park on Starbucks side so I could get out the bottom gate so at least I was moving. Id imagine people are still queuing to get out. Dont get all the hype… word to the wise, keep your money and stay at home

extremely poor service, from management and HR at the restaurant.
The restaurant plays very loud music, loud enough that you cannot make a food order without repeating yourself and asking the server to also repeat themselves.
When I asked the server if the music could be turned down as I have a disability that makes it difficult within high volume areas… I was told “they won’t turn it down” by the server, suggesting that she too found the music too loud.
When asking for the manager I was again told they could not turn the music down as HR had decided on the volume level….
When I stated, that loud music is not disabled friendly I was still told the music couldn’t be turned down.
A manager from HR himself stated that the music could only be turned down a fraction as he was there to authorise it?
So if he wasn’t there then the music system couldn’t even be turned down by a fraction.
I feel Wingstop in Luton is NOT inclusive of all people, discrimination against people with disabilities is abundantly clear.
HR stated that the music was not loud enough to impact an individuals wellbeing - however he is only first aid trained with no further medical training… therefore how did he come to this conclusion?
In short - Wingstop is more like a nightclub than a restaurant.
Went to the V.I.P Launch Party today at Wingstop Luton along with my family.
We were warmly welcomed by the team from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptional — friendly, attentive and full of great energy.
A special thank you to Lavya for looking after us and making our evening even more enjoyable. It was also lovely meeting the Store Manager, who was equally warm and welcoming.
Beautiful atmosphere, great service and positive vibes from the security team at the entrance, amazing staff making our drinks, to the servers!
Definitely one to visit again!

Been looking forward for it to open for months!!
The service was great as I was attending by Zinna and sorted out all my enquiries, they explained the menu well, felt really welcomed, thanks to Shaan for the service. The food was tender wish the portions were bigger.I got the Mango Habanero and the Lemon and Pepper which are always my favourite convos.
Music is too loud and couldn't talk to my friends not even listen to my own thoughts so hopefully is not too loud next time,so will comeback for sure !

Had such a great experience at Wingstop! The food was fresh, hot and really tasty, and everything came out quickly. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better.
A special mention to Reza, who was absolutely lovely and provided great customer service. He was friendly, attentive and made sure everything was right for us. It’s always nice when a staff member genuinely goes the extra mile.
Overall, a really enjoyable visit and I’ll definitely be coming back!
