Food took over 30 minutes to arrive after I collected it from the kitchen myself. That being said, Maggie was the shining star of my morning. Her calm and collected attitude as well as genuinely wanting to help me was the only thing that saved this from a lower review.
Well done Maggie.

Cold food, burnt coffee, syrupy "fresh" fruit juices, to people to sit you yet only one taking orders for whole restaurant multiple people asked to be served and either gave up and left or like myself went to the bar. Ordered 1 full English and 1 big full English and full English basically came on a side plate was all cold hadn't seen a pan clearly pre cooked and barely microwaved beans only thing close to warm, no toast or anything. Eggs were cold and rubbery yolk was solid. What is annoying was sub whether spoons quality but for expensive prices. And left not feeling like hole had been filled.

The waiters and waitresses are very friendly and welcoming. In particular Leonel who was a great waiter. He was extremely polite, had a smile on his face and looked like he loved his job. The service and food was great. I don’t usually like airport food, but would certainly head back here.

Unfortunately my enjoyment of the bar was overshadowed by ordering a Beer Shandy (as I had commitments after my journey), which the staff delivered to my table as two separate drinks, when I asked for a glass to combine them as I ordered a shandy, the staff looked at me like I was daft, and one waitress said "that's not a normal drink for us here", then made a fuss over taking the drinks back to the bar. Eventually, she mixed the two drinks at my table.
Even worse, when I got the receipt, they changed for a full beer and full lemonade rather than a half and half (first £11 shandy! Never had a shandy more expensive than a full beer).
Overall, quite rude and made me quite uncomfortable and I'll avoid Luton in future as I've never had an issue like this at any other london airport.

I would not really recommend this place. There are much better alternatives in the airport, for instance Sanfords. Drinks are fine but as always captive airport audience so extremely overpriced.
The food and service, however, were fairly poor. The chips came cold, the salad had a funny taste, the toasties was supposed to come with a side of gravy and we had to chase down 2 people before the smallest pot of gravy made an appearance. Last, but not least, we were given no cutlery or napkins so we had to go foraging from other tables... and the table as well as the menus were still sticky from previous guests I assume.
Overall I would only come here for drinks next time, and only if we didn't really have any other option.
