I was shaking before i entered, terrified of entering such a quality establishment, knowing upon my exit my bank account would be empty. Nevertheless, i entered, and gazed upon the menu, and found out that despite being an airport pub, this restaurant had reasonably fair prices, i mean, who wouldnt want to pay the hefty price just to touch their glorious steak sandwich!
Our server was leonel, and he was an absolute legend! Ive never seen such great service from anyone from any restaurant ive ever been to, he was so nice to us and made sure everything was perfect. Whatever you guys are paying leonel, it isnt enough!

Really disappointed in the allergy sector. Although there’s a few decent options for allergies. When I went to go order my meal and explained I was gluten and dairy free, the server made me feel extremely uncomfortable and as if I was a problem that I had allergies. The food wasn’t bad at all and the servers were helpful. The server who served me was very dismissive and got my order wrong, they missed a whole serving of gluten free toast. The servers once again helped and made up for this however, I wouldn’t come again due to being made to feel like I was a problem when ordering an allergen order.

Food is ok, portion size is dismal. Ham & Egg (like bubble & squeak) is literally a starter size but is listed under main meals & charged as a main - it’s a rip off.
Butter Chicken was good but had very little chicken in it, maybe half a chicken thigh piece, the rest is just sauce for £17.50! Pomegranate Lemonade was great, coffee was good but service is non existent. Once you’re seated you won’t see another server again. We had no cutlery or napkins, I had to go searching for staff to obtain these.

I was pleased to get seated without a wait, and the food was pretty good but the rest of the experience wasn't positive. I was seated at a table with no instruction on how to order. The table had no menu or number on it - it was only when the table next to me moved their plate I could see the QR code and number.
After ordering the food arrived ahead of the ETA which was good but with no drink, cutlery or condiments. This soon followed with an empty salt shaker, a few minutes into my meal the drink showed up.
The gentleman who was seated next to me was also not explained how to order, I advised him the QR code was under the menu.
I'm sure with a little better management this place would be great.

It was almost 5:00 PM, and practically every table in the restaurant was still covered with dirty plates and glasses. At the far end of the dining area there was a strong smell of fish, making it obvious that the dishes had been sitting on the tables for hours without being cleared.
Only one waitress approached us, not to welcome us or offer assistance, but to tell us that we were sitting in the wrong section of the restaurant and needed to move. When we pointed out that all the tables in the other section were also dirty and uncleared, she simply told us to wait until someone collected them or move the dirty plates ourselves.
I then went to the bar to ask for some water. Meanwhile, there were four staff members behind the bar laughing among themselves and calling each other "losers." Not one of them acknowledged me or even looked in my direction.
The staff attitude was terrible, and the cleanliness was even worse. Frankly, I don't even want to imagine what the kitchen looks like if the dining area is being maintained to this standard.
The only thing that seemed to be working properly was charging £8 for a pint.
Welcome to Luton Airport.
