Jasvinder was so lovely whilst taking my order ! The lobby was clean, and the service was fast . Would definitely recommend this particular Burger King <3
If I could give 0 stars I would.
We have experience the same thing twice. Missing pieces from our orders, having to go up to the counter again and wait another 10-15 minutes for the rest of your order.
However this time (11/06/26) whilst I was waiting for my missing order (a part of it being chips) I was noticing the workers in the back. There was a girl telling a guy to put gloves on but he didn’t even understand what gloves meant. She was not harsh with him at all please bare that in mind!
He was touching all the chips with his bare hands, including the cold and “fresh” ones. I was genuinely disgusted by this.
Majority of the workers if not ALL workers did not have any gloves (coincidentally including the girl who was telling everyone to wear gloves).
This is so disgusting and unacceptable, especially in a food place and let alone the airport.
This should NEVER happen.
Please avoid this at all costs.

I recently visited Burger King at Luton Airport and had a great experience. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I needed before my flight.
What really stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service from Suja. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I approached the counter. Despite the busy airport environment, he remained cheerful, patient, and attentive, making sure everything was correct with my order.
Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and Suja is a real credit to the team. His positive attitude and commitment to great service made my visit especially enjoyable. I left feeling very pleased with the experience and would happily visit again. Thank you, Suja, for making my visit such a positive one!

Very bad experience here , me and my family decided to visit here today 29.05 , we ordered meals , in one of the meal it happened to find a hair on fries . I showed the hair on fries at the till however nobody at the till apologied but offered another fries instead .This was very unprofessional and I would not recommend. However I would truly appreciate the members don’t delete this feedback as everyone should be aware of the poor service and food quality
Really disappointed with my experience at Burger King today. The girl at the front was clearly being overworked — there were loads of orders coming through and she was running around doing everything herself: packing orders, doing fries, and calling out numbers when they were ready. Meanwhile there were 4/5 people standing around in the back most of the time doing very little. She even called someone from the back to help, but all he did was stand in one spot handing out orders. Despite that, he still managed to give me the wrong order and gave my actual order to someone else, meaning I had to wait all over again for my food to be remade. The female worker was polite, apologetic and trying her best under pressure, but the male worker then argued that it was me who took the wrong order, which was ridiculous considering he handed it out incorrectly in the first place. Management seriously need to support their staff better because one person should not be left doing almost everything alone during a busy period.
