  The service was amazing especially at the till. The food was hot and extremely tasty. Would definitely recommend to anyone waiting for their flight.

  Unfortunately, this was one of the poorest fast-food experiences I’ve had. The location was visibly dirty and poorly maintained, which was especially disappointing in an airport where cleanliness and organisation should be a basic priority. The service was equally disorganised. The Coca-Cola machine was not working, there was no ice available, and when I asked for ice, I was simply told that it was only available from the machine. However, there was no clear information before payment that ice was unavailable or that the drinks machine was not fully operational. The food itself was extremely disappointing and did not look or taste as it should. I have attached photos to show the condition of the food and the location. Overall, the biggest issue is the lack of organisation and basic standards. If several key facilities are unavailable, customers should be informed before paying rather than finding out afterwards. For an airport location, I expected much better. This experience needs serious improvement.

  The staff provide absolute amazing service and always cater to staff needs, The manager Alishba always goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service to both staff members in the airport and to passengers

  Ordered 2 cheese burgers, chips were cold, burgers were completely plain, drinks machine not working properly, no ice and drinks are warm, awful service from staff members, they can't handle how busy it is. Completely rude!!
