  I’ve now had multiple bad experiences with deliveries from this Domino’s. Each time, the same woman phones me telling me to come outside to collect my order, even though I have a leg disability and cannot go downstairs. Domino’s policy is to deliver to the door, and every other branch manages this without a problem. Today was even worse: she claimed the driver rang my doorbell, but when he came upstairs, he said it wasn’t working. I showed him that it does work. It feels like excuses are being made instead of simply delivering my order properly. This repeated behaviour is unacceptable and makes it very difficult for me as a disabled customer. I’m paying for delivery to my door, and I expect that service without being pressured or misled. Management needs to address this urgently and ensure staff are trained to treat disabled customers with respect.
