  Spent just a little under £40 on two medium pizzas and a side last night thinking it was going to be something special compared to our usual pizza 2 night cheaply deals - what a disappointment bordering on a practical joke level I will never … ever waste my money again - the pizza came with 1 or 2 tiny pieces of spicy beef on each slice you could hardly find it then there was a barrage of onion and three different types of chilli and barely any cheese unbelievably stingy I was beyond disappointed and bored after 2 slices as it only tasted of chilli peppers , I paid £2 for ‘aoli’ and got a just spoonful of garlic sauce in a pot about 3 millimetres high … absolute joke and the worst part is it was our first time trying papa johns and I would never ever spend that much money on sub par boring food with zero toppings penny pinching to a rude degree if I’d got it off just eat I’d have got a full refund I’m genuinely disgusted with whoever made this pizza like the toppings were diamonds . The cookie was rock hard too. Total trash

  I went into Papajohns to order a medium size Pizza I placed my order to the server. When he started to prepare my order I noticed he did not put any gloves on when handily the food so I asked him pls can he put on gloves/don't you wear gloves when preparing customers food and he said no they do not wear gloves. I told him to cancel my order and walked out. This is very unhygienic I will not be back.

  Absolutely terrible, I would give zero stars if possible. The pizza tasted like it was cooked 2 days before. The customer assistant on the phone said it was cooked on the night I ordered and was keen to get off the phone and had no interest in putting things right, a waste of money and drags the name of Papa Johns through the mud.

  I had a great experience earlier today at this branch, i was having issues with completing an order on the app and i called, the manager was very attentive and helped me sort my order for collection! When i arrived he made sure i was happy with my pizza before sealing it up and handing it over. Great service !

  Came in for lunch, beautiful pizza, tasted amazing! Staff was really friendly and food was made very quickly at the perfect temperature! Will definitely come back more often!
