  Ordered on the app, money was taken but nothing arrived! When I asked where it was they said they blocked the order! So I had my money taken and no food! They said I would get a refund, this still hasn’t arrived!!’

  This might sound so harsh but the pizza was so undercooked and for some reason’s it way really hard Would never recommend

  Unpleasant experience at Domino’s Tooting. After placing an order, we sat on the in-store bench, but a staff member who identified himself as the manager told us we were not allowed to eat inside, even though there was no signage indicating this. When we politely asked for clarification, no clear reason was provided. He also told us that we could not call anyone from inside the store, again without explanation. The situation could have been handled much more professionally. Better communication and clearer policies would make a big difference to the customer experience.

  I am appalled by the behavior of the manager at the Tooting branch. Not only was he unhelpful, but he was also condescending when we asked for clarification on store rules. A manager’s job is to resolve issues, but this individual seemed more interested in being difficult and argumentative. He lacks the basic communication skills required to run a fast-food outlet. If this is how the "manager" acts, I can only imagine how the rest of the staff are treated. Extremely unprofessional.

  Had a disappointing experience at Domino’s Tooting. After ordering a veg Supreme pizza and cookies, we sat on the bench inside the store, but a staff member (who said he was the manager) told us we were not allowed to eat there, despite no visible signage. When we asked for clarification, he was unable to provide a clear explanation and became unprofessional in his behaviour. He also stated that we were not allowed to call anyone from inside the store, but did not explain the reason for this when asked. Overall, the interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational and poorly handled. Clear communication of store policies and more professional customer service would greatly improve the experience.
