Not happy. I went there yesterday evening at around 7pm to order 2 medium pizzas. The person making the pizzas walked over from the prep area where he had just popped a pizza into the rolling oven. He didn't remove his black gloves and took the order from me. Put the information into the payment terminal and placed the order. He then went to pizza prepping area to prepare other pizza that had already been ordered and started to make the pizza. He touched the base, all of the ingredients and finished making the pizza. He placed into the oven and walked over to grab some pizza boxes and walked into the back area of the kitchen and brought over some ingredients to empty into the ingredients holders next to the pizza prep area. He went return the extra ingreinds, and I think walked into the walking fridge to place them back. He collected a few more pizza boxes as other internet orders were coming in. All this time he didn’t change his black plastic gloves. At this time the semolina and other ingredients were apparent on this gloves. I watched all of this as I ordered in person. He then called out to me and said 2 medium pizza and confimed my topping and began to grab the dough and started stretching it. I asked him to stop and cancel my order and he asked me why. I told him that those gloves that he was wearing, where the same that I saw him wear when I first came in and he interacted with the payment terminal. It was the same that he used to grab the pizza boxes. It was the same when he went into the fridge to grab ingredients. It was the same that he took the ingredients back in. it was the same that he used to give the last order to the Deliveroo bike person who was there. He basically had worn the same plastic glove for about the 10 minute that I was standing there, and that if he was just touching food, that would be fine. He didn’t understand. I told him that he isn’t working on a construction site, the gloves are not there to PROTECT HIM from the food, but to PROTECT THE FOOD FROM HIM. He still looked surprised but agreed to refund me the money so I could leave. This is how people become ill. Papa John, train your staff better, please.

Pizza arrived in an absolute state where it look like it had been dropped several times. It was extremely greasy, more than usual and there was a lack of mozzarella. Very poor

Waited 50 minutes to prepare the order of two pizzas. Useless staff, I don't recommend it at all. The delivery was quick.
