  I don't think I'll be returning. My CHILD got handed the allergen book instead of me. She's 6!!!! Drinks took ages to come. When the food arrived, the pizza was quite tasteless and hard, the pasta dish hard some kind of hard object in it which which looked like a small tooth. The first waiter said 'its probably from the calamari side dish we ordered...it was rock hard!!!! I don't feel was taken seriously enough. Got offered a free drink to replace the dish by who seemed to be the manager. Never received the ketchup requested for my daughter's fries. Asked for the bill and waited 10 minutes until I got up and went over to pay. At that point 2 of them came running over. Trash service, absolutely disappointing food.

  I'm more than happy to review this restaurant, as I have eaten here a few times, and look forward to doing so again very soon. Greeted and served by both Besim and Fuad, this is my go-to restaurant if I can get an hour away from the office. The food is always amazing, and the customer service has always been the very best. I highly recommend this place for a working lunch or a family meal, it is spacious, feels very authentic and serves some really great food! Hope to see you again very soon!

  We ordered the Mushrooms Al Forno and Garlic King Prawn Tagliatelle. The bruschetta with mushrooms tasted scrumptious, and the pasta was really fresh. For dessert, we got a Chocolate Etna with an ice cream fondant. Our waiter Adnan is very keen and patient.

  Cosa aspettarsi da un ristorante italiano dove non c’è nessun italiano in sala o in cucina? È la stessa cosa che mi sono chiesto io quando sono entrato dentro questo locale a due passi dalla stazione di Paddington. Arredato molto bene, con numerosi richiami alla cucina ed alla tradizione italiana, è sicuramente un locale che di italiano ha poco, sia nell’organizzazione, che nella preparazione e presentazione dei piatti. Anche se, anche se, alla fine non siamo stati male. La pizza era grande, buona e ben condita. La pasta era abbastanza al dente. Forse nel sugo c’erano troppe spezie e aromi, rispetto al classico sugo di pomodoro che potresti mangiare in Italia ma, non dimentichiamo che siamo a Londra. Presenti menù baby per bambini molto elaborati e convenienti, ottima scelta quella di tutelare le famiglie. Buoni anche i mini dolci. Non è il classico ristorante italiano, ma è stata una buona esperienza. Torneremo a trovarvi!

  Absolutely outstanding experience. The food was authentic, fresh, and perfectly prepared, but what impressed me most was the exceptional service and incredible attention to allergens and dietary needs. It’s rare to find a restaurant where the staff are so knowledgeable, careful, and genuinely reassuring about allergies. Every question was handled professionally, and I felt completely comfortable dining there. A huge thank you especially to Jahid and Josh — both were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their honest, professional, and friendly approach made the whole evening even more enjoyable. You can really see they care about the guests and take pride in their work. Amazing atmosphere, excellent food, outstanding service, and truly impressive allergen awareness. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
