  I went to the restaurant late night and there was an issue with the system. We went to the manager to try and sort it out, but she was extremely disrespectful. Then she started shouting and she seems like she was being extremely homophobic, and she refused to serve food on the excuse of us “being rude”, even though that we were nothing but respectful until she became disrespectful. Then I ordered again through the machine. She said that she wouldn’t serve me the food and did not give me a refund. It was on a Monday 26-May-2026 morning the early morning shift around 4 AM.

  The experience we had at your store was absolutely unacceptable. The blonde employee who was handing out the orders was extremely rude and disrespectful from the very beginning. Our order was showing as “ready” on the screen, and then suddenly disappeared. We politely tried to explain the situation, but she completely ignored us and kept aggressively telling us to stay behind the line and wait, without even listening for a second. Meanwhile, our food was literally sitting there getting cold while nobody cared to help us. To make things even worse, the security guard came over and told us to move away, as if we were causing trouble, when all we were trying to do was explain that our order had already been prepared and left there. We were treated with total disrespect and humiliation. Honestly, the way we were treated felt degrading. Customers should never be ignored, dismissed, or spoken to in such an aggressive and careless manner. We felt more like animals being pushed away than paying customers. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had.

  Visited here last Saturday. Food excellent and hot. I ordered vegetarian meal and my partner had a regular. Everything good. Service was prompt and excellent. There was a big protest march going on and it was very chaotic. The atmosphere was not very calm but that was not their fault. Although the place was full and busy with people ordering and queuing up the orders were coming out at a fast pace and no one waited long. Guy calling out order numbers was easily heard and kept his cool. Will visit again for the food and service.

  I came here with my wife recently. When I say it was a circus, I mean it! The coordination of the staff was all over! I think some staff were convinced they had just shown up for their shift at Specsavers as they walked about the kitchen pushing buttons with a 'I wonder what this will do' attitude. I appreciated there being screens to order from. After waiting a while, the food finally arrived. But instead of calling our number, the staff member calls my wifes name. I almost went full Will Smith! A few women approached to take the food at once. I had to fight them off, as we had to all pull our reciepts to prove the food was ours. I didnt know I'd have to battle so hard for some golden nuggies. The situation was made worse by only having one pickle in my cheeseburger and 8 instead of 9 Nuggets. They were playing Dua Lipa though. +1

  We visited the McDonald’s near Paddington in London, and overall it was a good experience. The food was good, the ordering and collection process was smooth, and everything was served properly. At the end of the day, it is McDonald’s — convenient, quick, and reliable. The only downside was that there was no proper sitting area, so we had to sit by the window and have our food there. Apart from that, it was nice and worked well for a quick meal.
