- RBRawaz Barznji4 days ago1.0Over last 10 years, any time I order from Cricklewood branch the order must missed an item or 2! Or there is mistake sending order!!! Today, Sunday morning over 25 minutes I wait !!!! Because they try to take place orders from delivery apps with few staff!!!! I asked for no meat breakfast it came with meat!!!!!!!

I ordered two cheeseburgers, one Big Mac, a portion of fries, and a wrap, but they forgot one of the burgers and the Big Mac. On top of that, the manager, Ceri (or at least that’s what it seemed like), was extremely rude.

If the staff are not competent to put a simple order together and know that hot food should be hot not cold , they shouldn’t be working there . No compensation offered . Wouldn’t serve it to anyone for fear it would make them sick. No pride in their work .

Most of the time we are ordering some item is missing, it's ok, happens, I worked in a restaurant too before, can be stressful and busy but how the hell you can not send 4 items or sending out the bag without checking? It's simply looks like stuff has issue with reading and on the top of that simply not care what they are doing, just walk in finish the shift on anyways not caring about anything and just get paid. As I said things can happen missing sauce or ignoring customise item requests but not sending out 2 burgers and 2x 6 nuggets it's just shows how they don't care about customers and orders what are actually covering their wages! JUST AVOID THIS PLACE FROM ORDERING ON ANYWAYS!!! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They have tons of seats next to a windows which is great idea and can help with all the traffic they mostly experience here. Clean but visited very late, barely any customers. Food was ok, patty was slightly crispy which I enjoyed.
