- CWConnor Walker3 days ago1.0By far the worst run McDonald’s in Acton, or perhaps even London. The slowest service in the world, constantly forgetting items or serving cold food. Rubbish and mess everywhere, unclean ordering screens, no functioning screens by the till. I think it needs brand new staff and perhaps a manager who cares.

- LRLily RamirezMay 4, 20261.0I order 1 large meal and 1 double cheeseburger alone, that was my son’s dinner because I was away. Unfortunately the double cheeseburger didn’t arrived. It was impossible communicating with Mc Donald to ask them to deliver the order complete. This is third time that happens with deliveries, missing item always, I mean I pay for what I want to eat and at the end I don’t receive the product. Mc Donald’s never respond at this kind of problems.
