- CJC JApr 21, 20261.0Food is good, but service seems to vary drastically depending on who is working. This morning my order was marked as ready to collect, and then moved straight to collected. I had to wait a further 5 mins as the order wasn’t actually ready at all, they were just clearing their screens to make their stats look better. As someone with 7 years previous experience in Mcdonads management I am well aware of the “tricks” used by different restaurants to fudge their figures, but these should NEVER be to the detriment of the customer experience.

I’m sick to death of ordering and getting only half of my order and no one is doing anything about it to improve it. I have to travel an extra couple of miles to go to the decent one on Mollison Avenue. Sort it out. it’s not on the only half of my family get to eat dinner while the others have nothing because of your incompetence.
