- DDDiamondMar 14, 20263.0I came here a few weeks ago and the lady who serviced me (her name is Tanya) at the till had a terrible attitude, spoke lowly so I could barely hear her and kept on huffing and puffing when I asked her to repeat. I ordered a burger and fries. I waited for 14 minutes before asking her if she knew when my order would be ready (politely) and she looked me up and down and told me I had to be “patient”. Fast forward to yesterday, and I go in with a £2.99 voucher, and the same lady - Tanya - is at the till. I show her the code and she proceeds to tap around the screen, huff again, and then tell me that she can only do a £3.50 deal. I asked her to type in the code and she refused. A colleague of hers (who seemed to be a close friend), came up to her and they both gave me dirty looks and kept telling me the code wouldn’t work, when they hadn’t even tried to type it in. It took another male colleague to come up to them and tell Tanya to type it in. Only then did she listen, and lo and behold- it worked. This member of staff - Tanya - has a horrible attitude and doesn’t belong in customer service. She seems to abuse her power when she doesn’t want to deal with a customer, and very clearly went out of her way to inconvenience me. All she had to do was type in the code, but decided to tell me no, tell me to do it at the kiosk, and then only listen when someone with more power told her to do something. Her behaviour is childish and disgusting.
