  No more XL pizza's and upped the price of the large to the same as the XL. The deliveries are incredibly sporadic in terms of time, but generally slower than they should be (I live a 10 minute stroll away) but have taken over an hour to be delivered (not made then delivered, just delivered). Not sure why we pay for delivery when the collection total price is usually less than half and obviously no delivery cost. Let's be clear there are awesome papa John's, sadly this one isn't close to those, but sadly is my closest location. I no longer order from here, and it annoys me that I rarely get to eat PJ now

  Very poor service, you walk in only to be ignored and left waiting to be served. Another woman walked in after me and got the same treatment. I just walked out and went pizza hut up the road instead

  I would leave zero stars if I could. I have never had a bigger nightmare trying to get food delivered. My single pizza took over three hours to arrive and I had to call every 15 minutes to hear excuse after excuse as to why. There’s a reason everybody is giving this establishment awful one star ratings with scathing reviews. It isn’t worth your time or your effort to order from here because you won’t get your food, they’ll take your money and then leave you to email their head office praying you can get a refund. I’ll never make the mistake of giving this establishment my business again.

  Very disappointing experience at Papa Johns. I arrived early to collect my order, but once it got busy, multiple Deliveroo and Just Eat drivers were served before me, even though I had already been waiting. I was told I was “next,” yet staff continued packing delivery orders while my pizza sat on the shelf getting cold. I could track it on the app, so I knew it was ready. As a Black woman, I left feeling overlooked and dismissed. The lack of honest communication and being deprioritised without explanation was frustrating and unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this branch again. Management needs to review how collection customers are treated and ensure fair service for everyone.

  Came to London on new year to watch the fireworks we ordered food from here with uber eats And wanted to leave an honest review People avoid at all cost food is prepped in an unsafe environment our chicken was actually rotten meat and out pizza had pepperoni that had rotted and vegetables that were well past usable. We as a family staved that evening the thought of this place turns my guts never had food like it really bad and takes me a lot to complain about something Rotten food/ingredients Really poor customer service skills
