But with experience that I had recently and not having accountability of the actions(not responding) after politely sending the feedback to the customer service. Please see the whole experience for more details. I ordered a grilled chicken salad; however, I was mistakenly served a grilled chicken and bacon salad. The staff member who handled my order was named Kiran. While this initial error was concerning, the situation became far more distressing when, upon beginning to eat, I discovered a live cockroach moving in my meal. This experience left me extremely shocked and disgusted. It has had a significant impact on me — I was unable to eat properly for two days afterwards, and I now feel anxious and uneasy about eating out. I believe “traumatised” is an appropriate word to describe how this incident has affected me. I have both video and photographic evidence of the incident I look forward to your response and a satisfactory resolution
