  Have never known a branch to not pick up it's phone! Ordered online and waited for over an hour! We have ordered before with no problem! Will never order from papa John's again! Hope they close down because they are useless!

  We just ordered after a few months and it is now horrible. There is about 3 pieces of toppings per slice, a bit undercooked and a really disappointing pizza. Don’t bother as they are not really on offer when they are always on offer.
