  Sun 12th April ‘2026: It’s years since ordered from here. Ordered a double beef, pepperoni and pineapple pizza, which went down lovely. But the beef was minimal 😏 most definitely could have done better! As a Top Tier Google Maps Reviewer, with over 6million views… the topping amount was a little disappointing! Which is why I rated the food, 4 out of 5!   I went got what i asked for, By the way if you go in the night time, The handsome black bruddah makes the best pizzas, The black bruddah is the real deal everyone go there in the night when he is around, You wont be disappointed

  Avoid Catford Branch – Lied to, insulted, and threatened with being "blocked" I am a regular Papa Johns fan, but the experience at the Catford branch this Saturday was a total disgrace. I placed an order at 17:39 and it never arrived. I called at 18:25 and 18:50 and was lied to both times, told the food was "7 minutes away." When I called back at 19:17 to ask why I’d been misled, I was met with the most unprofessional staff member I have ever encountered. Instead of an apology, she: Interrupted and spoke over me when I tried to explain the situation. Threatened to "block me" in their system for simply asking where my paid-for food was. Admitted she had no clue where the driver was (third party) despite the system falsely claiming it was "delivered." Refused to let me speak to a manager and then hung up on me. I waited 2 hours for food that never came, only to be treated like a criminal for asking for an update. I was told a refund "would be requested," but I have no confirmation and no food. STAY AWAY. This branch has zero accountability and zero respect for its customers.
