Our Chicken Fillet Burgers, whether it's Traditional, Fillet of Fire or Double Ringer, are just that - all tender chicken breast hand prepared and cooked the way only Favorite can. The same for our Crispy Fillet Strips & Chicken Poppas, whole pieces of chicken breast, not minced, not processed, just natural succulent chicken.
Favorite Fries are pure potato, blanched in sunflower oil and all Favorite cooking oils are free from harmful trans fats.

- MUMuhammad UddinMay 10, 20262.0Came here recently, was served by an extremely rude member of staff, who had given me dirty looks and was rushing me to order, whilst being very unapproachable. I was with a friend and we had both ordered at the same time, however it was clear who had ordered exactly what. A few minutes later, the food was ready, however the rude worker had pointed to my friend and pointed to his meal and did the same for me, as so we rightly assumed we were receiving our chosen meal. After coming home, I realised the worker had not only been extremely rude from the start but had mixed up our orders. In terms of the quality of the food, it was good but perhaps a little soggy, which isn’t what you expect for the price, but I would’ve been fine with it and got on with my day if this worker hadn’t been so rude. It’s just really annoying there’s no compensation for moments like these where workers are diminishing people’s confidence and mental health it’s really sad to see, it’s almost as if the workers are feeling entitled to us, as paying customers.

It was absolutely disgusting and made me lose my appetite completely. There’s no excuse for this kind of hygiene issue, and I couldn’t bring myself to eat any more of it. The chicken was was also dry and lacked flavour.

Service was slow despite the shop not being busy, and the place itself didn’t seem very clean. Definitely not worth the money and I wouldn’t be coming back.

The portions were huge, everything perfectly seasoned, chicken was crispy and still so moist. Genuinely the platonic ideal for fried chicken. I died and went to heaven. And I died again.
