    Stupid staff gave me frozen ice cream like a rock and I need to wait 10 hours to eat the ice cream when I asked the refund they said no… management need to teach them how to serve ice cream when people chose to eat dine in

    I am beyond disappointed with my visit yesterday. Even though the restaurant was not busy at all—there were only 2 customers inside who had already been served—the upstairs was absolutely filthy. Every single table was covered in dirty trays and leftover food. The staff were all downstairs relaxing instead of cleaning, so I actually had to clean the table myself just so my family could sit down to eat. To make matters worse, the food was served cold, and the girl who served us was rude as hell. She spoke to us like we owed her something. We were being polite and thanked her for every move she made, but she didn’t say 'thank you' once—not even a basic acknowledgement. I honestly don’t know how someone like this gets hired to work in customer service. It’s clear there is a total lack of management and standards at this location. It is unacceptable to deal with that level of laziness and hostility, especially when the place is empty. I will not be returning.

    Dirty tables, uncollected old food and drinks on nearly every table.. Lady serving was on her phone instead of listening to customers! Not good.. Loud awful music! 👎

    I am absolutely appalled by my experience at Burger King. This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The branch itself was filthy. Despite being covered in “cleaning” signs, there was food all over the floor, and it genuinely looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. It’s shocking that a place serving food can operate in those conditions. The situation escalated because of two members of staff. First, one employee, easily the rudest I’ve ever encountered, aggressively told my partner to leave because we had our dog with us. There was no sign anywhere stating that dogs are not allowed. When we questioned this, he lied and claimed that we had made a mess, which was completely untrue. The mess had clearly been left by someone else. When we challenged him, the manager then got involved, and instead of resolving the situation, made it worse. Rather than calming things down or addressing the facts, he backed up the false claims and spoke to us in an equally dismissive and unpleasant manner. Meanwhile, the rest of the staff stood by and did absolutely nothing. Their behaviour created unnecessary tension in the restaurant. Another customer, who had actually made the mess, became aggressive towards us after we pointed it out, and again, staff did nothing to intervene or de-escalate the situation. We were completely humiliated in front of a busy restaurant. To make matters worse, the service was painfully slow, and the only justification given for the way we were treated was that we had placed a blanket on the floor so our dog could lie down, something completely harmless and considerate. This was degrading, disrespectful, and frankly unacceptable behaviour. It actively created hostility instead of resolving it. What’s most frustrating is how different this is from other branches I’ve visited, where staff were polite, respectful, and even offered water for the dog. Even when dogs weren’t allowed, it was communicated properly and courteously, not with aggression and false accusations. This branch is a disgrace to the brand. I will not be returning
