  Staff were very rude. I ordered to takeaway here on 18/04 and as I was waiting for my food I saw a man ask for a lid for his takeaway drink in which the staff member handed some over to him. As I collected my food I had two drinks (takeaway order) and no lids so I asked a staff member if I could have 2 lids, she was very rude and had her back to me and said no we don’t have any, I said I just watched someone give a man at least 4 lids to which she then said no we didn’t. I carried on waiting there and eventually after about 10 minutes she handed me 2. I dont know what the policy on lids are maybe because of the plastic but how is anyone meant to takeaway drinks with no lid??

  Bring your dog for the homeless experience! No dogs allowed in the restaurant garden so we sat on the pavement outside.

  On my recent visit I was waiting for about 15 mins for my food while the staff prioritise the drive through and delivery orders. They have always prioritised the drive through customers which is bad enough but now they have online orders and deliveries that also come before the customers physically stood in the shop waiting for their food and it is ridiculous. I finally got my order after asking them if they could make it. On top of it all, the drinks in the machine were flat and disgusting. The meal cost me nearly £30 and was very disappointed.

  Wouldn't know, dont have counter service, even with card. I was told you have to order via the touch screen machines. Absolute joke, if my mother or an elderly person came here they would be lost. No wonder Burger King is on a downward spiral in this country

  Got a mandalorian double whopper meal and asked for no mayo, but it came with the weird green mayo. It wasn't even just green mayo, it's some other green sauce. It was between the bun and one of the burgers so I was only able to eat half the burger. Very frustrating to spend 13 quid on a meal and only getting to eat half the burger. We also got a mandalorian chicken royale and the staff tried to give us only one cup. When we were picking up our food including two kids meals with juice, they challenged us for picking up the juice boxes.
