  It really annoys me that the staff would routinely open the fridge doors and just walk away and leave them opened. As the result, half of the fridge doors are always open in this shop. I complained to Tesco twice with zero effect. They clearly couldn’t care less about their fridges having to work 3 times harder than they need to - they seem to have found limitless free electricity! The second issue is that they are stacking the shelves all the time. I visited ~35 times and the staff were bringing in supplies or stacking the shelves at EVERY visit. I frequently run into a trolley with food or a staff member carrying supplies. It’s a mystery: how is it possible that every other shop just seems to have everything already on the shelves? The staff all come across as demotivated and uncaring. Visiting this Tesco dampens my spirits every time. They are strategically located though, so I have no choice but to keep coming here.

  Absolutely discussed at what I have just witnessed from a male of member of staff at around 8pm on Friday 6th February 2026! A delivery driver came in the male member of staff asked to see the delivery drivers phone, driver advised I cannot do that to GDPR as has customer details on it but male staff member then said well cancel the order then and get out! As the driver left both staff members decided to talk in their own language on the shop blatantly slagging the driver off! Safe to say I won’t come back here after the behavior just witnessed! Nice to know Tesco want Tesco does with your orders! The worst possible customer service I think I have ever witnessed!
