  This Tesco branch has a number of ongoing issues. The entrance doors are slow and often don't open properly, and the floors aren't consistently kept clean. Basic things like fruit shelves are always empty. To be fair, there are a few staff members who are genuinely good and just quietly get on with their jobs. Unfortunately, they're let down by a louder minority who seem more focused on chatting or arguing amongst themselves — sometimes quite loudly, and even in full view of customers — than on the shop floor experience. It creates an unprofessional atmosphere that ruins things for everyone else. Overall, the store could benefit from better staff management and a stronger focus on customer experience.

  This store has Costa coffee shop with sitting place to enjoy whilst shopping or for relaxation. In-store pharmacy and clothing shop. Both female and male washroom. Big car park with pick up and drop off for Uber/minicabs.

  Why at 10 p.m. everything is picked over—the vegetables and fruit—even though the supermarket stays open until midnight; it’s disrespectful to customers who arrive after work only to find everything gone.
