Extremely poor customer service. The staff are rude and unprofessional. I was paying at the self-service checkout and the lady on the checkout next to me asked a member of staff for assistance, her response " what do you want?" In a rude and aggressive tone. Clearly she didn't want to be disturbed from watching videos on her phone. Should not be working in customer service at all.

The staff are seriously rude - the men in particular - Even if English isn’t their first language a smile goes a long way - Doing a whole transaction and not even saying how much it’s come up to let alone thank you it’s so rude! especially when the co-op is more expensive - I know I’ll be shopping at other supermarkets going forward
