  Everyone knows this is the best fast food by far, but service is what makes it even better. We were here 20 min before closing and Mertcan was so lovely and hospitable, really amazing attitude.

  I have never received the level of distressful service like today at the Wood Green branch by Borak. He was very disrespectful and addressed me in a manner not expected in retail from a customer facing advisor. He was cross over me not using the word sachet for mayo. I have never experienced this before in my life. I have been to this branch many times and often impressed by the service, on this occasion it has completely wiped any positive impression which had been left before. Throughout the entire experience he was cocky, sarcastic, laughing and just rude. Another colleague came over to assist but Borak continued with his rude behaviour over the counter. This needs addressing and training is needed to up skill his service levels and conduct. Disappointing is an understatement!

  What a lovely bite as first time tryers was not sure what to expect but the service by Brain at Wood Green branch was lovely he didn’t mind going through the order for us to make the right choice for ourselves and the food was delicious juicy meat and well seasoned could not complain about the price afterwards hard to order extra for the road

  Restaurant had run out of bacon, these things happen but felt like the team didn’t really care. Ignored us for several minutes before our order was taken and seeing how quiet the store was it felt unnecessary
