I had a very disappointing experience with Five Guys. I ordered through Uber Eats and waited a long time for my food, only for it never to arrive. The delivery driver arrived with another customer's order, and my order was marked as delivered even though I never received it. I also tried calling the restaurant several times to find out what happened, but the phone line was constantly busy. I was left frustrated, without my food, and struggling to get any answers. I understand that the delivery was handled through Uber Eats, but as a customer, this was still a very poor experience. I hope the restaurant takes these issues seriously and improves communication with customers when something goes wrong.

Food cooked fresh and hot Lots of chips included Seating and toilets available. Food is however very expensive. £28 for an adult and child meal. Maybe next time, we can half the burger and share a packet of small fries and drink-however that adult meal is still about £20! Chips are salty and make you drink more. Child burger was dry too. Maybe one can get a burger and chips, and pick up a small bottle of coke nearby and share?

Shocking, I ordered a cheeseburger with plenty of toppings and received this. I have never tasted a burger so bland in my life, the patties tasted of nothing. Straight in the bin after the first bite. Shameful that people are charged for this.
