  My partner ended up eating chicken after ordering a vegan burger due to their carelessness. Manager was adamant that we were in the wrong multiple times, was rude and then when he finally realised his mistake, brought out the chef who didn’t apologise. Will not be eating at Burger King again, but especially this branch.

  The food was ok but the customer service has some room for improvement. And finally the cleanliness very far from standard.

  Horrible service by this man. Ignores polite and patient people at counter even when they say hello, or try and ask for service.

  Both Staff at counter black asian girl with long hair wearing cap, asian man both minding there own business as a customer waiting to be served they saw me there and not approach me to serve me, the table us dirty and not clean properly, they said theyre not serving from counter BUT SERVE A WHITE MAN AN TAKE HIS PAYMENT AT THE COUNTER, why not take our payment seems racist, most of us here is black !, other people try to get serve the same thing they refuse to serve another black person, your staff needs to go back on training the girl laughing at the other customer she should be ashamed of herself
