  Food fine…. BUT… when delivering, drinks are warm, no ketchup available (from an an American burger joint!) and no napkins added to bag on every occasion. Such simple improvements that would make all the difference. Disappointed with the lack of respect for the customer.

  Don't like the fact you can only order on a screen last time l was there l reluctantly placed my order on a screen l should have had a completely plain burger but l didn't a large double whopper meal used to be just over £11 now it's £13.97 the staff aren't very friendly or nice l would say avoid at all costs

  I was served by a lovely gentleman name Jason, he went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our visit. Jason was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. He made us feel welcome, gave us time to sort out our app as we were having trouble trying to get our code. He also made sure his colleague didn’t put mayonnaise in my mum’s burger and he brought our food over with all the napkins, salt and sauce. Thank you Jason for making my family feel welcome 🤎

  My partner ended up eating chicken after ordering a vegan burger due to their carelessness. Manager was adamant that we were in the wrong multiple times, was rude and then when he finally realised his mistake, brought out the chef who didn’t apologise. Will not be eating at Burger King again, but especially this branch.
