  I ordered two double hamburgers on Deliveroo, waited 50 minutes, and they arrived completely burnt. This is unacceptable.

  Absolutely shocking service from Five Guys Wimbledon. My order was already ready, but the staff simply didn’t want to hand it to me. When I complained, the employee openly said she “wasn’t going to get it.” I told her I would leave a Google review, and instead of trying to solve the situation professionally, she sarcastically replied that I would “do a good job complaining.” What an unbelievable lack of professionalism, respect, and empathy toward customers. This was honestly the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Complete trash service. The employee refused to give me her name, but this happened on Sunday around 7:00 PM, so management should know exactly who was working at that time. If I don’t receive proper feedback or see action taken about this situation, I will continue updating my reviews and doing everything possible to bring your rating down below 2 stars.

  The food, environment and team are consistently great, in line with other stores, but Lara deserves an extra special appreciation (she's probably one of the managers). Lara is always happy to see us, makes our visit a delight and is an excellent ambassador for Five Guys.

  Ordered multiple times and they never seem to get the orders right, even putting cheese when specified no cheese due to allergy.
