  Awful. Ordered online. They said there was a problem and seemed like they cancelled my order. Then wanted to charge me more in store for the same order (despite showing them the order and on the website the offer etc). Then also said they would not be able to expedite the order despite me already waiting a long time for the order in the store (I preordered ahead of time for collection). Awful service.

  I went to Papa Johns knowing that a medium pizza was £10 for collection, and I’ve used this branch quite a few times before. This time, the Indian guy behind the counter suddenly asked me for £16. I asked him why it was £16 when a medium pizza was £10, but I could barely understand what he was saying because of his accent. He then told me that prices are different depending on the branch. Absolute bullshit. Even a large pizza isn’t £16, so it honestly felt like he was just trying to rip me off. I know the prices, so don’t treat customers like they’re stupid. One of the worst experiences I’ve had here. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
