  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience at TGI Fridays! A huge thank you to Milankum and Ikem for their outstanding service. Milankum was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel looked after throughout our visit. Ikem was so attentive and made sure our table was always hydrated. I was especially impressed that, even without a water jug, he found a clever solution and managed to carry 8+ glasses of ice water at once to keep everyone happy. His focus, efficiency, and dedication to great customer service really stood out. Both of them went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable. They are a real credit to the team, and we’ll definitely be back

  I was really apprehensive of dining here, as the menu doesn’t list allergens and as a gluten free veggie I thought I may struggle. My experience couldn’t be further from that thought - staff were welcoming and kind. One manager especially was brilliant - he had the idea to make vegetable fajitas and it was honestly amazing!!! Better than anything that could have been on the menu. Usually it’s a case of being thankful and taking what you are given at restaurants when it comes to dietary restrictions- but not here - staff are fantastic and go the extra mile! Thank you so much!

  We visited the afternoon of our HarryStyles concert. The restaurant had been decorated Harry styles themed and was such a lovely touch! Our waitress was Stephani and she was so lovely. Very friendly and chatty and got us everything we needed. Thank you Stephani, you are a credit to the team :)

  Had to wait for a table for 10 minutes even though the restaurant was half empty. Took 45 minutes to receive an order of tiny amount of nachos but what made it worse was I saw them at the pass not even under the heat so received cold nachos with hard, cold cheese which were so soggy I couldn't even pick them up let alone dip them. There were so many orders sitting on the pass it was ridiculous. Not sure if I'll ever go to a TGI fridays ever again. Just disappointed really...

  Miles our server was lovely patient & polite he appeared to be working alone but as the place got busier he appeared to be doing all orders, barman, server but he was very professional with it all. Lovely food my grandchildren loved it they had good little activity sets upon arrival. Very good but on need of MORE STAFF . Please give Miles a big recognition as I think he could have a good future in hospitality Well Done Miles you should be proud of urself.
