  Really disappointing experience at TGI Fridays Wembley. A few friends and I visited during lunchtime for some food and a couple of drinks, hoping to enjoy the advertised cocktail deal of two cocktails for the price of one. Unfortunately, we were told that we could not order any cocktails because there was nobody on the team who knew how to make them. We were then advised to come back later in the evening when a bartender would be available. Honestly, what kind of service is that? The cocktail offer is advertised everywhere, yet customers are unable to take advantage of it because the team on duty are not trained to prepare the drinks being promoted. This is extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, misleading advertising. If you are promoting a deal, you should have the staff and the skills in place to deliver it. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of management involvement. Nobody came over to speak to us, explain the situation properly or offer any sort of alternative. We were simply left to accept that we could not order what we had come in for. For a well known brand like TGI Fridays, this is simply not good enough. Proper training, staff planning and basic customer service should be the bare minimum, especially when you are actively advertising promotions to attract customers. In the end, we decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere. It is a shame because we went in looking forward to a nice lunch and drinks, but the experience was disappointing from start to finish. I hope the management team takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues, because customers should not have to leave a restaurant just to find somewhere that can provide the drinks advertised on its own promotions.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honestly, 5 stars all the way! From the waitress to the guy who took my order and the guy who brought out my takeaway, everyone was so lively, playful, sweet and kind! ❤️ Special shout-out to the Black staff members who made the experience even more enjoyable with their amazing energy and warmth. I dined in last month and loved it, and this takeaway visit was just as amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again! 🥰

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a beautiful and memorable experience at TGI Fridays at Wembley Park, and I genuinely wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the whole team. My wife, my son and I went there to celebrate my son’s birthday. The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were huge, so we were all very happy with our meals. But honestly, it was the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff that made the evening truly special. My wife asked our waiter if they had a birthday cake or anything similar. They didn’t have one, but instead of simply saying no, they went out of their way to make the moment special. They brought my son a lovely ice cream with a candle in the middle, then came over, sang Happy Birthday and clapped for him. Seeing my son’s face light up and how happy and impressed he was is something we will remember for a long time. ❤️ As parents, those little moments mean so much to us. It may have seemed like a small gesture, but to our family, it made his birthday feel really special. Throughout the whole meal, the staff continued to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. We never felt ignored or rushed. Instead, we felt genuinely welcomed, cared for and looked after. Thank you so much to everyone at TGI Fridays at Wembley Park for making our family’s evening so lovely and for giving our son such a happy birthday memory. Your kindness and effort really touched us, and we truly appreciate it. We will definitely be coming back, and we would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food, wonderful service and a place where you can feel genuinely cared for. Thank you for making our son’s birthday that little bit more magical. ❤️🎂🍦

  Went to TGI Fridays in Wembley before the Simple Plan concert and had a really good experience. The service from our waiter kyran was outstanding, the staff were friendly and the food/drinks were lovely. It also wasnt to busy which was surprising, everything was well organised and we didn't feel rushed. Really enjoyed the evening and would definitely go back. Thanks to all the team!

  Ive been to many TGI Fridays and this was by far the best one I've been to. Our waitress was Aurelia and she was constantly checking in to make sure we were okay, and asking how the food was. She was so kind and polite throughout! The food itself was amazing, as I said earlier it was a far higher standard than any other I've been to! I had the jack daniels glazed steak, and my partner had the jack Daniels glazed chicken strips, and both went so far beyond my expectations. I ordered medium rare and it was perfect, and the portions were very generous! We never had to wait long for drinks or food which was very nice too, though we did come at a quiet time. I will definitely be returning, i am very impressed!
