  We visited on an event day and were genuinely impressed with how well the team handled such a busy rush. The customer service was fantastic and everything felt organised despite how busy it was. The food was delicious as always, came out hot and we didn’t have to wait too long at all considering how packed the restaurant was. A special mention has to go to our waitress, Faith B., who was exceptional. She was so attentive, friendly and efficient, and never once made us feel rushed. She managed her section brilliantly and you can definitely tell she knows what she’s doing! 👏 We also have to mention our bartender, Hesa Mersal, who made us some fantastic cocktails. He had such a great personality, was really welcoming and even did some impressive flair behind the bar, which made the experience even more fun 🍸✨ Thank you Faith B., Hesa Mersal and the whole team for such a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

  We had such a great experience at TGI Fridays Wembley, especially thanks to our server, Faith! It was incredibly busy with The Weeknd concert, but Faith was so attentive and friendly throughout our 2-hour bottomless brunch, regularly checking back with us and making sure our drinks orders were taken. There was a small mixup with our food, but she resolved it extremely quickly. Faith is a real great asset to the team there. Thank you for looking after us! ⭐️

  Waited an hour and a half for food. Restaurant most likely forgot our order. Everyone else had left around us and someone said it wont be longer for the 3rd time. Finally food came out, they forgot on of the dishes. I ordered the burger but it was raw. So they had to take it back. Told me it would take 5 minutes for a new one. Its been over and ive been writing this review in the mean time. Manager came over and offered us no compensation discount and Instead of a round of drinks for free. People around us ordered after us and got their food, eat, paid and left

  I went to TGIs earlier today with my kids, the host lady was so kind I believe her name was Lily, she gave such a lovely first impression of the restaurant. The food was amazing and so was the service… 😃 The only thing I would complain about is how terribly the managers treat the workers there! There’s no ac, they were in long sleeved uniform and they were being accused and shouted at every few minutes! Those poor workers 😢

  We had a booking but were greeted by rude and miserable front-of-house staff. Despite the restaurant being around 90% empty when we arrived, it still took 30 minutes to seat us. After ordering, the food took another 50 minutes to arrive. The waiting staff were so inattentive that we couldn’t order more drinks or tell anyone that I had been given a completely different burger from the one I ordered. I ended up eating half of it before I could finally get someone’s attention. To their credit, they did remove it from the bill. The burger bun was like stale toast, and the burger itself was dry and chewy, as though it had been left under a heat lamp for far too long. My wife’s ribs were nice, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of the meal. Very disappointing experience, especially given that we had booked in advance.
