  Very bad experience at this store. Their ATM took my money out of my card but did not dispense the cash. The incident took place yesterday. I waited around 10 min in front of the ATM but nothing happened. I went in store and the security mentioned that other people had the same a day before and assured me that I will receive my money from the bank! I went to customer service and they advised me to call the bank which I did. Why on earth you they did not report the fault to the bank knowing people did not receive the cash?? Luckily I requested receipt when withdrawing the cash so when calling the bank I could deliver all the info asked including the cash machine code so they confirmed one of their technicians will be sent there so other people do not have to go through this. Today I went to the bank to log the dispute in branch and passed by their ATM. It was labelled 'out of order'. Well never too late after that ATM screwed few others. When I waited in the front of ATM other people came over to withdraw cash but let them know my bad experience. I will never withdraw any cash from that machine and probably avoid their store all together. Appalling

  Rude staff and we are not allowed to pay by cash in mornings. When did Tesco's come up with this? No one is willing to help No staff comes on tills so serve customers. Everyone is expected to use self checkout and card only. Everyone is racist, even managers

  Well stock of various products and nicely presented with civid 19 health and safety and professional staff specially Paras Banjade .He deserved better than that heads up to him.
