A member of your staff keeps harrising me and needs to train your staff members professionally. I am a regular customer that comes shopping in Tesco express...which is close and convenient near to my shop which I own a small cafe business... I'm a regular milk buyer.. what annoys me as sometime ago the milk slipped from my hand as the bag wasn't strong enough. So I asked for another milk refund... The. Every time I come in the staff and the manager or supervisor keeps telling me to mind the bag that the milk don't drop off... This isn't a joke to me but for them it is... For the past 10 years I've been buying milk from this particular store... "And the lady goes on to me saying that your buying the milk past 10 years... Then I've worked for 20 years in this store".
