  Staff are so rude. I was searching for the stuff, i couldn’t found and i speak to the staff and they didn’t respond for 2,3 times and after that they respond in rude way. The security was just staring at me like i am thief. When i was paying and scanning literally i was scanning all the items one by one and i got last item and i was going to scan it. I don’t know whats wrong with security he was staring at me at that time as well and he said scan that item as well in rude way. All the staff are so rude i mostly visit this store and i had worst experience.

  I visit this store regularly, almost every day, and I have always expected basic respect and good customer service. I was looking for Sun Exotic pineapple and coconut juice but could not find it. While a staff member named Suneth was arranging items, I politely asked him where I could find it. He did not reply, so I thought he had not heard me and asked again. Instead of politely helping, he reacted angrily and spoke to me in a rude manner, saying that I was standing in front of the section and asking where the juice was. I explained that I was looking for a specific brand and could not find it, but his behaviour continued to be disrespectful. I told him that he could speak to me more politely, but he continued arguing. I was in a rush, so I moved on and asked another staff member for help. The other staff member was polite and helpful. He checked and showed me where to look. However, Sunneth interrupted and said that they did not have that juice. After that, he started walking behind me around the shop and continued passing comments towards me, including saying things like “next time do your own shopping” and other remarks. His behaviour felt like he was trying to continue the confrontation rather than help me. I felt extremely uncomfortable, embarrassed, and harassed by this behaviour. I felt like I was being bullied by a staff member simply because I asked a normal question as a customer. I do not think any customer should feel intimidated or followed inside a store. .hope Tesco takes this matter seriously and looks into this incident, as this experience has affected me, especially because I regularly shop at this store.

  Wanted to get a drink at 6:08am , shop was not open as claimed. I even tried calling.

  Extremely poor experience while shopping. The security kept on keeping an eye on me then continued to stand there and watch me while I’m struggling to decide which oats to get. Uncomfortable experience.

  Doesn’t open on time. Advertised as 6 am opening and opened at 7am. No apologies or urgency to open even when customers are queuing outside. Staff were pottering about knowing we were waiting. When asked politely what time they open, they ignored my question. Poor staff and rude.
