  I was the only person in there and they sold me cold fries. Can’t even be bothered to cook, just pulled them out the cupboard or whatever. I complained, they “voided” the transaction. So it’s been 4 days and they still haven’t processed my refund. I went in to voice this and they blamed the UK Banking System, despite their man apparently voiding the transaction on the day Sounds like nonsense to me. Do not use, rubbish food, rubbish management

  The only Wingstop who leave their seasoned Fries without seasoning. Last three time I’ve ordered Wingstop style seasoning on the fries I’ve got barely any to no seasoning on them what is going on. £5 for these fries which are bland and it’s only at this restaurant. Staff need to sort it out or I’m going to have to look at alternatives
