  I was in the area of Blackhorse Lane last fall for a time and CO-OP was always my go-to in turns of shopping, as it was close and the prices weren't bad. In fact, they had these really delicious co-op sausage rolls/sausage+ beans +cheese rolls that I would often stock up on for my weekly breakfasts and re-heat them in my microwave. Plus, they have this smoothie juice brand called 'Innocent' that is honest-to-goodness my most favorite fruity smoothie brand (that is not available where I'm living currently). And at least for me, the CO-OP workers were really nice and helpful. I miss the food and the good meal deals.

  I would give 0 stars if i could. Absolutely disgusting customer service. People dont waste your money or your time here there are millions of other stores to use. Staff have no manners or knowledge about their job roles. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  Staff are not friendly and are pretty rude in the way they speak to customers. Throwing a plastic bag across the till after I asked for one isn't exactly great customer service.
