- HAHAMID ALIJul 4, 20261.0Really rude staff there. Especially there is a staff name Laxhemy . She don’t even know how to talk with the customers. Either Co op needs to train their staff or send them home if they don’t have manners.

I don’t know what is going wrong there but the shelves are under stocked, the store a mess, packaging often left all over the place, cleanliness levels questionable, and all expensive to boot. The selection of food has always been pretty atrocious with way too much junk food and not enough basics, but it just seems to be getting worse. The staff need to be retrained (although some of them are friendly enough), the stock control system sorted, and a review of how much rubbish junk food should take up one shop done. Oh and Coop should hire a security guard. I do feel for the staff trying to stop the constant shoplifting themselves. That shouldnt be their jobs and I suspect the good ones dont stick around because of it. I think the staff have to put up with a lot there. I blame bad management from Coop themselves.
