    First of all I want to start by saying that I only came to get a takeaway and atleast 3 members of staff approached me to see if I had been seated in a space of 2 minutes, the atmosphere and customer service was really warming. The staff are so friendly every time I go in there.i was not gonna write a review but after reading many negative reviews I was shocked as this does not reflect the service I receive every time

    Not even worth 1 star. I'm not even commenting on the food, as it's the same as any other branch. The real issue is the shocking lack of manners, professionalism, and customer service from the staff, including the restaurant manager. We were kept waiting an unreasonable amount of time for our order, and this was not the first occasion. This is the second time we have experienced the same poor treatment from the manager. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager's attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with respect, but unfortunately that was not the case. The way we were treated raises serious concerns, and I find the manager's behaviour completely unacceptable. I will be taking this matter further and submitting a formal complaint to the franchise head office for investigation. Customers should not have to experience this level of poor service and disrespect

    First time coming to this Wagamama and the service was beyond great. Josh seated us and he was super friendly and helpful. Simone was our server and I honestly could not have asked for a better server. She was very friendly, we didn't have to wait around for anything and she was extremely helpful. Would definitely come back just because of the service alone!

    Ordered through deliveroo and had the most pathetic excuse for a salad arrive. Literally 3 small squashed leaves in a box. Genuinely disgusted that someone prepped this and either knowingly did this or has zero experience with preparing food. This isn’t about refunds etc. it’s the principle that the bare minimum of service is met in any industry. It’s just lazy and disappointing. Deliveroo refunded me £4 but I’d rather have just not wasted my money on a meal I waited to be delivered only to see it’s below acceptable Standards. The image I took was sent to deliveroos complaints department but it didn’t save to my phone. So if Wagamamas wants evidence of this they can’t request it via deliveroo.

    Visited today with my son as it’s his favourite. Got the lunch meal deal which came with a drink so I decided on a cappuccino. Clearly stated it had to be oat milk, said it twice. I don’t have an allergy but a horrible intolerance to dairy so I didn’t state this to the servers but I made it clear that it had to be oat milk. Long story short I drank the cappuccino and started to feel sick, read the receipt and it clearly stated “dairy milk cappuccino”. Now, I will say the staff were very professional and did deduct the price of my meal from the bill which is much appreciated. They were very kind and apologetic about it. But due to all of this I ended up in the toilet in the shopping centre with diarrhoea for 40 mins which means I could not get back to my car in time and received an £85 parking charge. Just a warning to everyone to please double check and perhaps just explain to the server that you have food intolerances when they ask about allergies so you don’t end up locked in a smelly toilet cubicle for 40mins with a 4year old while your car gets a ticket!
