  We’re served by Aryan and honestly he is amazing. We came after 9pm but he never rushed us and greeted us with the most amazing smile. He went above and beyond. Excellent service.

  Had a really bad day so came to have a quick dinner at Wags. Aryan served us and was amazing. Made us smile and never rushed us through as we only arrived after 9pm. Genuinely that made my day. Amazing service.

  A dark restaurant with little atmosphere. Service a little slow. Food the standard fare. Toilets in need of a major clean.

  Multiple staff are overwhelmed with work. On multiple occasions while having food, we have requested water for the table. Staff member refused and said there is nothing I can do, and walks off. Manager here is incompetent to deal with this. It's completely unprofessional. Literally looking at ways to take this action legally.

  I visited Wagamama last evening and had a disappointing experience regarding their queue management. Upon arrival, the host informed me that the waiting time would be around 20 minutes. However, I ended up waiting outside for about 35 minutes, along with at least 15 other people. ​The most frustrating part was that once I was finally seated, I noticed there were plenty of empty tables and seats available inside. It clearly wasn't a lack of space, but rather poor organization or understaffing. If you are going to make customers wait that long, at least manage the seating efficiently. The food is usually good and and little bit less portion than my previous visits, but the front-of-house management definitely needs improvement. Maybe giving out menus while making people waiting outside or at least taking some people inside after some customer left the site.
