  I politely asked for a cup of tap water and was met with pure rudeness. The staff immediately started hiding the cups as if I was about to steal them. The man in the photo (working at the Five Guys in Uxbridge) then took his hat off and told me I have no mum. Completely unacceptable behaviour. I will never return.

  Absolutely disgusting experience. I ordered a banana milkshake for my daughter, and it was filled with gross, gunky, rubbery bits.This is the SECOND time this has happened at this specific branch; our last chocolate milkshake order had the exact same issue. It is completely unacceptable and a major health hazard. The staff are clearly not cleaning or sanitising the blending equipment properly, allowing old, sour, coagulated dairy mixture to build up inside the machine parts and flake off into fresh drinks.Serving contaminated drinks to children is disgraceful. This store has zero quality control and serious hygiene failures. Avoid buying milkshakes from here. I am reporting this directly to Five Guys head office and demanding a full refund.
