  Lovely people and fantastic food. They make burgers so well. The shakes are great and the fries lovely pillowy inside. The manager greeted me and they made my food be try well. I will return.

  ★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely disgusting. Never again. We ordered from Five Guys Uxbridge through Deliveroo today, choosing burgers served in bowls. The food arrived in a complete mess, with fries scattered around the bag and sauce spilling from its container. A thoroughly unappetising sight before we even started eating. The burger patties tasted old and stale to me, almost as though they had been prepared yesterday. I found them absolutely disgusting. I even offered a little of the burger to a dog in the street it sniffed it and walked away. So makes me wonder if this meat I rarely order takeaways because I normally cook my own food. Today I decided to treat myself, and I seriously regret choosing Five Guys. The presentation and taste were hugely disappointing, and the meal felt like a complete waste of money. To anyone in Uxbridge, Hayes, Yeading, Hillingdon, West Drayton, Northolt or Southall considering ordering from this branch: based on this experience, my advice is don’t buy it. Save your money and choose somewhere else. This was my first order from Five Guys, and it will definitely be my last.

  Every time I visit Five Guys in Uxbridge, the staff are always friendly and the service is quick and excellent. The food is always served just the way it should be hot and fresh. The restaurant is spacious, and the self-service area is always well stocked and kept tidy. Well done to the whole team!

  Larissa was very nice and patient as we had been debatng about what we wanted. She gave us a sample to try for the milkshake which helped our decision and made the purchase. Thank you.
