  Was really good tastes quite natural the guy that served us can't remember his name now he delivered a decent service, but he was on duty around 5pm Thursday the 6th of August 2026. Would loveto come again

  I ordered a pizza for collection and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived after 35 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. Every time I asked, they said “another five minutes”, but nothing happened. I had to get back home, That was my feedback, but my manager called me after my review, apologised for the issue, and confirmed that it wouldn’t happen again. I think this is a good approach, and it shows that they acknowledge the issue and genuinely care about their customers.for that reason I have changed my score to 5.
