  I am extremely disappointed with my recent Domino’s order. I ordered three Loaded Veg items, but I was delivered three Loaded Chicken items due to your delivery driver’s order swap, which the restaurant confirmed. Before I realised the mistake, I had already eaten one spoonful. I am a lifelong pure vegetarian and a practising Hindu, and consuming chicken goes against my religious beliefs. This incident has caused me significant distress and deeply hurt my religious sentiments. I request that this matter be taken seriously and that you provide an appropriate resolution and ensure such mistakes do not happen again.

  Unprofessional and incompetent. Placed a order for childrens friday night pizza, for them to tell me one hour later, that they are closed even though order was accepted and showed ‘out for delivery’. Perfectic.

  I have been a regular customer of this store for few years, but today’s experience was incredibly disappointing. My pizza and sides arrived after a massive delay, and the entire order was cold and soggy—a complete waste of money. To make matters worse, when I called the store to report the issue, the response I received was entirely unsatisfactory. Given that you charge a £4 delivery fee, I expected much better service and quality. Really disappointed.

  Disgusting experience with this branch. The people who work at whitton definitely need to get changed and maybe pass a basic English test 🤢🤮 never again!! 👎🏾
