  Unprofessional and incompetent. Placed a order for childrens friday night pizza, for them to tell me one hour later, that they are closed even though order was accepted and showed ‘out for delivery’. Perfectic.

  I have been a regular customer of this store for few years, but today’s experience was incredibly disappointing. My pizza and sides arrived after a massive delay, and the entire order was cold and soggy—a complete waste of money. To make matters worse, when I called the store to report the issue, the response I received was entirely unsatisfactory. Given that you charge a £4 delivery fee, I expected much better service and quality. Really disappointed.

  Disgusting experience with this branch. The people who work at whitton definitely need to get changed and maybe pass a basic English test 🤢🤮 never again!! 👎🏾

  Staff inside haven’t got a clue how to make a pizza, just slap dash and when you go to collect says ready and you have to wait another 10 mins for the slow guy to realise the pizza has hit the end of the pizza oven and is ready to be cut and served, have complained multiple times and get asked to send pictures and when I send them in they call me and ask ‘what’s wrong with it’ if they think this is acceptable for DOMINOS in a expensive area to live then they need to get a job working for Pizza Hut. Absolute joke every time go Teddington! 0 stars as per normal.
