  I just received my order and the pizza arrived in an absolutely unacceptable condition — it was squashed, misshapen, toppings all over the box, and looked like it had been thrown around the whole journey. It’s barely even cut properly and looks nothing like what you advertise. I called Papa John’s directly and instead of helping, the staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and immediately blamed the Uber driver without taking any responsibility at all. That is not how you treat a paying customer. It’s not the driver’s job to pack your food properly — that’s YOUR responsibility. I am demanding a full refund AND a replacement pizza sent immediately. If this isn’t resolved properly, I will be reporting this to Uber support, leaving reviews everywhere, and will never order from this branch again. Utterly disgraceful service — zero respect for customers.

  I usually love a late night Papa Johns, but this time I tried the cheddar stuffed crust…what the HELL is that cheese?!?! I’ve never smelled anything like it. The taste was even worse than the smell. It smelled off and rancid. Sorry but it was genuinely so bad tasting and affected the entire pizza as it leaked into the actual pizza toppings! Next time I will stick with the normal mozzarella crust. This one made me throw up. I’ve never tasted anything like that even with cheap plastic cheeses. Terrible cheese crust!

  Ordered online and the order was qrogn, no refund and appology they just said they had no ham and it was not their fault and we ate plain pizzas without offering and alternative or letting us know before we recieved the food

  Ohh well where to start from so i order small pizza last night takes nearly 1 hour to be deliver and all they say was : Its just eat fault we are waiting for driver. Apart from long waiting time and really over price pizza is no worth it , very expensive and not that good at all better order from somewhere else on normal price rather than spending 20£ for really small pizza and tasteless.

  The BBQ Chicken Classic Pizza from Papa Johns was delicious—the perfect balance of sweet, smoky BBQ sauce, juicy chicken, bacon, and crisp onions. What made the visit truly special was the immaculate cleanliness of the store and the incredible kindness of kitchen staff. He was exceptionally polite, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring everything was pristine. Top-tier food paired with outstanding service. I highly recommend this location! Thanks to Mr. Manager for a great experience. Highly recommend
