  I ordered through a delivery app from this restaurant some vegan sticks with vegan cheese and vegan ham and got regural ones. I asked for a refund and it was declined. You can clearly see the box says vegan cheese and ham but there is none on the pizza and I am 90% sure the cheese wasn't vegan

  I understand we are all humans and this City Drive drives all of us crazy and drains our energy but these guys messed up my order already twice, once with a vegan request and this time with an allergy, and Uber Eats thought that I was not eligible for a refund!!!

  I just received my order and the pizza arrived in an absolutely unacceptable condition — it was squashed, misshapen, toppings all over the box, and looked like it had been thrown around the whole journey. It’s barely even cut properly and looks nothing like what you advertise. I called Papa John’s directly and instead of helping, the staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and immediately blamed the Uber driver without taking any responsibility at all. That is not how you treat a paying customer. It’s not the driver’s job to pack your food properly — that’s YOUR responsibility. I am demanding a full refund AND a replacement pizza sent immediately. If this isn’t resolved properly, I will be reporting this to Uber support, leaving reviews everywhere, and will never order from this branch again. Utterly disgraceful service — zero respect for customers.
