  Most of time stock is not filled, mostly main check out closed,queues get bad,car park is not safe,homeless people and drunk people seating begging. Prices to double check as self edge labels not correct sometimes.

  Queues were very long as usual and disorganised making the experience in the store very difficult but the customer service young man was very quick and very polite and made the experience a little better dont know his name because he didnt have a badge but he was by himself and was a great person

  Staff is not giving a nice answer this store is not help and friendly store One of the staff and staff name is cori something I ask her give me corneto ice cream because is in stock 98 one of the colleagues told me but that colleague is doing online delivery and I ask her you have a in stock but she is told me I don’t have any because I have 1 million cages in my frozen Wearhouse I can’t help you but I ask another manager her name is Ankita and she is very good and she is helping me and she found out any think I want so she (Ankita)is very helpful and friendly

  I normally shop here and have generally had good experiences, but today was by far my worst visit. I was looking for a specific item that the store's website indicated was available in-store. After searching the shelves and being unable to find it, I approached a member of staff for assistance. I waited until they had finished their conversation before politely asking for help, as I didn't want to interrupt them. Unfortunately, instead of helping me locate the item, I was simply told to look for it myself. Since I had already searched and only asked because I couldn't find it, I found this response unhelpful. It made me feel as though I was inconveniencing the staff member or interrupting their work. What upset me the most was that less than a minute later, I saw the same staff member walk over and actively help another customer. From my perspective, the difference in how we were treated was difficult to understand. As someone of a different race from both the staff member and the other customer, the experience left me wondering whether my treatment was influenced by that. I can't know the reason for the difference, but it certainly made me feel unwelcome. I hope the store can ensure that all customers are treated with the same level of courtesy and willingness to help, regardless of who they are.
