  I have always had a great experience shopping at Tesco, and it continues to be one of my favourite places to shop. Tesco offers a fantastic range of products, from fresh fruit and vegetables to bakery items, household essentials, clothing, snacks, drinks and so much more. Whatever you are looking for, there is usually something to suit everyone’s needs, preferences and budget. One of the things I appreciate most about Tesco is the wide variety of products available. Whether I am doing a big weekly food shop, picking up a few things for dinner, buying snacks for the family or grabbing something quickly on the way home, Tesco makes shopping convenient and straightforward. There is a good selection of different brands, as well as Tesco’s own-brand products, which offer excellent value for money. The quality of the fresh produce is another positive aspect of shopping at Tesco. I particularly appreciate being able to find fresh fruit, vegetables, dairy products, meat, bread and other everyday essentials all in one place. Having so many options available makes it much easier to plan meals, prepare lunches and find something that everyone in the family will enjoy. I also think Tesco offers a good balance between quality and affordability. With a range of prices across different products, it is possible to shop according to your budget without having to compromise on everything. The Clubcard offers are particularly useful, as they can help customers save money on groceries and other purchases. It is always satisfying to find a good deal, especially when buying products that you regularly use. Another thing that makes Tesco a convenient place to shop is the layout and organisation of the store. When everything is clearly displayed and easy to find, it makes the whole shopping experience much more enjoyable. Being able to find what I need without spending ages searching through the aisles is a real advantage, especially when I am in a hurry or shopping for a large number of items. The staff can also make a big difference to the shopping experience. Friendly, helpful and approachable employees help customers feel welcome and make it easier to get assistance when needed. Good customer service is always appreciated, whether someone is helping locate a product, answering a question or assisting at the checkout. I also appreciate the convenience Tesco provides through its range of shopping options. From visiting the store in person to using self-service checkouts or shopping online where available, there are different ways to make shopping fit around a busy lifestyle. This flexibility is especially helpful for families, working people and anyone trying to manage a busy schedule. Tesco is also a useful place to shop because it offers so much more than just groceries. Being able to purchase household cleaning products, toiletries, stationery, pet supplies and other everyday necessities during the same visit saves time and effort. It means there is often no need to visit several different shops to get everything needed for the week. Overall, Tesco provides a convenient, affordable and enjoyable shopping experience, with a wide selection of products, regular offers and options to suit different budgets. It is a reliable choice for everyday shopping, whether you need a few essentials or a full trolley of groceries. The combination of variety, convenience and value makes it a supermarket that I would happily recommend to others. I would definitely recommend Tesco to anyone looking for a supermarket where they can find a wide range of everyday products in one place.   I very often find this store does every type of peanut putter but seems to struggle to get Whole Earth Crunchy peanut butter in the large tubs. They have always got plenty of the more expensive and heavier glass jars of this brand of peanut butter. Not sure if there is a shortage of large tubs due to Brexit ;-)

  Very disappointing checkout experience last night. I paid for my shopping at around 12:00 midnight and only needed another 1–2 minutes to pack my items. The checkout colleague repeatedly told me to “hurry up” because he needed to close the checkout. He didn’t even ask whether I needed a carrier bag, despite me wanting to purchase Tesco bags. I understand staff need to close the checkout and finish their shift, but there was no need to speak to a customer in such a rude and impatient manner. I found the whole experience very uncomfortable and disappointing. I hope Tesco looks into this and provides better customer service in future.

  I had the most disgusting experience today. Wanted a loaf of bread from their bakery section which is not wrapped. Finally bags arrived (5 people asked in total with a mixture of 'we don't do bags anymore' to 'Shall I go and get one?' ) Bags finally arrived and were placed by the baguettes which were wrapped...no where near where they were required. Made it to the checkout...this is the DISGUSTING bit- Till operater removed loaf from bag, handled it and placed it on scale as he was scanning it. He had no idea, not an inkling of what he had done that upset me. Zilch hygiene awareness. I went and got another loaf. A laminated scan card by till would solve the problem. TESCO - WAKE UP, TRAIN YOUR STAFF & IMPROVE HYGIENE.
