- MMMegMay 23, 20261.0The staff are lovely but there is clearly a huge mould issue. I have never smelt anything like it. If you buy anything from the fridges it has a horrible smell of mould which you can’t get rid of. It has to be a public health risk, I don’t know how the staff work there! It needs to be investigated.

Today, 3rd Jan, I purchased a packet of Fridge Raiders only to discover, after the first foul-tasting bite, that the product was FIVE DAYS past its 'Use By' date (29th Dec). Selling expired poultry is not a 'simple mistake', it is a flagrant breach of food safety laws and a total failure of basic stock rotation. For a high-risk meat product to sit on a shelf decaying for nearly a week suggests that management has completely abandoned its duty of care to the Teddington community. I am now forced to monitor for food poisoning because this branch cannot be bothered to perform the most elementary safety checks. If they are this careless with chilled meat, I hate to think what else is lurking on their shelves. Shop here at your own risk.
