- EBEllie BowersJul 29, 20261.0Would give it 0 if I could, the individuals who work at this Co op are so lazy and rude. No one is ever on the till you have to chase them down and ask them to serve you and when you say excuse me to get there attention they either ignore you or go “yeah what” with there backs turned to you. There have been several occasions where I’ve waited up to 10 minutes because no one has been on the shop floor at all. If you need tags off or ID checked on self check outs prepare for a 5-10 minute wait as they do not come and assist you, once again you must find them and hope someone is on the shop floor. No customer service skills whatsoever I am continuously disappointed by the sheer disrespect and laziness of these staff. Management need a boot up the backside to get their staff in check of at least find competent ones.

The employee with long hair tied in a ponytail shut the door in front of me at 10:50 p.m., even though the store closes at 11:00 p.m. I just wanted a water bottle, and he refused me, even though the place was still open. Absolutely terrible service
